prospective tenants are vetted through a credit reference company,
and previous landlord and employer's references are asked for. For
all student properties we also insist on UK based parental
guarantees and a College / University reference. |

arise, we have our own approved contractors who can quickly deal
with problems and do not charge any call out fees for estimates. In
addition should any repairs be necessary on your property, by your
own contractor or ours, Seths will not charge you any admin fees; it
is all part of our service!

Each month you will receive a full
statement highlighting the rental received and any deductions.
We can even transfer the rent online into your account within 24
hours, so you don’t have to wait for the cheque to clear. |
